Piston compressors

 

Trudbenik AD has been manufacturing piston compressors for over 69 years, and our knowledge in this field is simply enormous. We are able to offer you a broad spectrum of oil flooded, oilless and process compressors for any working enviroment, starting from the smallest ones, suitable for family workshops, all the way up to the largest industrial consumers which require several compressors in parallel operation to satisfy their needs.

Our piston compressors line start from single stage machines for low pressure applications, and continue all the way up to high-pressure piston compressors operating as high as 35 bar relative pressure. The F.A.D. ranges from 0,075 to 17 m3/min.

Mini line

 

Piston compressors from the mini line are small, compact machines, with the compressor and the motor (single-phase motors are used) assembled in a compact unit. They come mounted on a small tank, equipped with some basic electronic equipment which provides fully automated operation. They are easy to move, constructed for a wide area of exploatation. Although small, they are as reliable as any of our larger industrial units.

Thanks to their small footprint, high reliability and the single-phase motor compressors from our mini line can be used for both for hobby purposes, or in professional workshop which require high workload.

Small piston compressors

 

Small piston compressors, type E4NC (single stage), E4NL (two-stage), E4NK (three-stage) and E4NF (four-stage) cover the F.A.D. range from 225 to 1250 liters per minute. They are easy to set-up and commision, since they require no foundation, and can be easily moved around.

The whole line has fully automated operation and is driven by three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors. Compressors are delivered mounted on tanks, and are suitable for industrial exploatation.

Sipmlicity and reliability ensure long exploatation for all users in need of a compressor with F.A.D. not bigger than 1,25 m3/min and pressure up to 15 bar relative.

Tank-mounted piston compressor stations

 

Compressor stations are drive units, which consist of two or three rationally combined compressor sets. Compressors are placed on the top of the compressed air tank. Single-stage compressors are in use for pressures to 11 bar.

Two-stage compressors are used for pressures to 16 bar. F.A.D. regulation is automatic and it is performed by engine detention. Compressors are turning-on one at the time and it is possible to choose the starting sequence. Compressors are driven by three-phase asynchronous electro-motors 380V 50Hz and torque transmission is performed by belt drive.

Compressor stations with three compressors have elements for rough and fine filtering of compressed air. Power locker is in charged for powering the compressor, and that locker also contains control equipment.

Air-cooled piston compressors 30-90 kW

 

Two-stage piston compressors line are driven with three-phase squirrel cage electro-motors 380V 50 Hz B3/B5. Electro motor is initiated by Star-Delta starter or directly. Compressor has three flexible supports thus requiring no special foundation, and a forced lubrication system by means of gear pump with protection against oil shortage. F.A.D. is regulated automatically depending on air consumption.

Compressor sets, type E1MK…P, are upgraded E1MK compressor sets with start-control unit, command table, final cooler and final cooler fan.

Compressor sets, type E1MK…PP, are upgraded E1MK…P with cover for acoustic isolation.

Water-cooled piston compressors 45-110 kW

 

The ZP family of piston compressors are stationary, two-stage air cooled machines.

The compressor is connected to the motor thrugh an elastic coupling, and has a three-point elastical support, which allows them to be mounted anywhere, requiring no special foundation.

They are manufactured in two variants:

-oil flooded (standard solution, denoted ZP ... N)
-oil free (denoted ZP ... T)

Oil free compressors are mainly used in food industry, or any other environment which requires the compressed air to be completely oil-free. They can also be used as process machines, for CO2 compressing.
